Jack Paller regularly represents clients in the leasing, operations, purchase and sale and financing of retail, office, industrial, medical office and mixed use projects. His client engagements frequently include negotiating, structuring and drafting leases, ground leases, purchase and sale agreements and loan documents, as well as advising property owners on operational matters such as property management issues, lease enforcement, construction and lien issues, vendor disputes and brokerage commission issues. Jack also has considerable experience in general business and commercial law.

A native of Atlanta, after graduating from the University of Georgia in 1960, Jack obtained his law degree from Georgia in 1963 (a “double dawg”). After spending a tour aboard the U.S.S. Hancock (CVA 19) as Special Weapons Officer and later as a JAG officer with the U.S. Navy, Jack spent the first twenty-eight years of his law practice primarily as a litigation attorney. This background allows Jack to effectively advise handling disputes, often helping his clients accomplish their goals while avoiding litigation.

When not in the office, Jack enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife Susan and with his four children and four grandchildren.
